Tailored for all fitness levels, this class empowers you to choose the intensity that suits you. 
Immerse yourself in dynamic movements, sculpting poses, and mood-enhancing music for a truly transformative experience.

reformer flow.

Performed at a slower pace, with low to no music, and use of props like poles to assist with stability and plenty of rotations and cross body patterning to assist spine, joint and brain health.

Perfect for those starting out in their PIlates journey, seeking gentle yet impactful movement, support in their recovery and looking to build strength safely.

mums and bubs.

With plenty of pram parking, ramp access and space inside our fully air-conditioned studio, our classes provide a space where Mum can  move her body and build strength, but also breastfeed, take breaks, and make new friends! 

These classes are inclusive and flexible, older children welcome!

 We will work on building strength to the core and pelvic floor postpartum and supporting your body to feel stronger.

This class suitable to all levels and supportive for the postpartum journey.

Please note: you must be at least 6 weeks postnatal.​
